Reflections: Woke up a little late today, which resulted in a rather late breakfast. I vommitted 3/4 into the run. It seems that I really have to eat much earlier than what I have previously have. It was a hot day.....as always, only to it rain after training on my way back home. The numerous sets are really tiring, but I remind myself that the satisfaction only comes later after the run. Also am aware that I should run/sprint with larger strides. Aim to be more conscious about it during running. Need to be more focused on positive thoughts, not wallowing myself in depressing ones.
