Breakfast
A Slice of bread with strawberry jam + Vitamin C
Lunch
Fried rice with pork chops + 3 meat dumplings + chinese tea
Snack
5 red potatoes (boiled) with salt and seaweed + a little of Hershey chocolates + Jackfruits, korean pear and strawberries
Dinner
Rice with fried Kambong fish + chyesim + bittergourd & pork soup
Training venue: Bishan Stadium
Training time: 8-11am
Schedule: Long run [Bishan stadium-MacRitchie Reservoir-6times of upslope run(100%)-Bishan stadium]
Reflections: It was a fine weather for training today. Although I woke up a little late, which resulted in a late breakfast, I managed not to vomit during training. The run to MacRitchie Reservoir was a little fast, and the upslope run was extremely tiring. This was followed by a relatively relaxing jog back to Bishan stadium.
