Rice with Kangkong, longbeans & Soy sauce chicken + Apple juice

Rice with ginseng double-boiled soup + Chyesim stir-fried with fishcake
Training venue: School
Training time: 2-5pm
Schedule: 10km route [school-Bishan stadium-school]
Reflections: The weather was really hot today....unlike the cool weather we were blest with last training. I felt quite physically energetic. Vommiting last training made me realised that I just had to eat lunch at least 1 1/2 hour before training. I lack mental strength and also need to get used to running longer distances such as 10km. Hope that things will turn out better the next training!!
