Mushroom soup with bread + Potato salad + Lamb Chops with baked beans, coleslaw & fries + 100 plus
Training venue: School
Training time: 2-5pm
Schedule: 3km route x 2 + 1 round of graveyard
Reflections: Training was generally tough. I vomited 10 minutes into the run. I guess it just shows that I will have to eat meals much earlier before training as I am prone to vomit. A passing shower made the weather cool, although it was in the afternoon. Felt opptimistic about training, despite feeling a tad too bloated from lunch.
